CNA & ASSOCIATES COST & PROJECT DEVELOPMENT LTD is a Quantity Surveying & Construction Project Development company, with chartered experts who have over 15 years experience in the construction industry.

Since its incorporation, the company has produced top quality service in line with our motto “Turning your Visions into Reality with Impeccable Service”, working with clients to deliver construction projects on time, within budget and of excellent quality.

The company’s main service is Quantity Surveying; however we pride ourselves on complete project development, where Clients can have their needs met from conceptualization to Final Completion Certificates using ONE company. This is done through collaborating with our Principal Associates, who are qualified Professionals and experts in their various fields of work, together under one umbrella, ensuring that the motto of the company is realized in every way.

The principal associates are industry experts in Architectural, Structural, Civil, MEP and Management for construction projects of varying scope and complexity. These projects include Commercial, Industrial and Residential buildings, Housing Developments, Sports facilities and Civil Infrastructural projects.

SOCIAL RESPONSIBILITY

In line with our Social Responsibility we recognize the need for training of the various fields in the built environment.

Members of our team have delivered much needed training / lecturing at recognized institutes in Trinidad and Tobago, which includes University of Trinidad and Tobago (UTT), COSTAATT, John Donaldson Technical Institute and Automation Technology College. The courses delivered include Estimating and Costing, Construction Technology, Materials in Construction, Mechanical Engineering, Project Management, Safety Management, Surveying and AutoCad, and we have also provided on the job training for technicians.

Chartered Quantity Surveyor by membership of the Royal Institute of Chartered Surveyors (RICS), specializing in Quantity Surveying & Construction. She has over 15 years experience in the construction sector, both private and public, which includes commercial, residential and infrastructure projects.

Quantity Surveying services for major projects worked on include the Trincity Mall Expansion, Scotia Bank Trincity, Holiday Inn Express Hotel, FCB Queen’s Park Roof Regeneration, Oropune Housing Development, Upgrade of Sport Grounds across Trinidad and Tobago, HD3D Stock Pre-designed House Plans, and various other infrastructure, residential houses and housing development projects.

She is a lecturer in the construction sector and is passionate about the field of quantity surveying and its inclusion in sustainability, green construction and carbon reduction.
